These terms govern use of the Ingplast d.o.o. website. By accessing it, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree, do not use the website.

Specific services, quotations or contractual relationships may be subject to additional terms that prevail in the event of inconsistency.

You may use the website only lawfully, for information and communication with Ingplast. Interference with operation, unauthorised access, malicious code, automated extraction, or use that threatens security or third-party rights is prohibited.

Text, photographs, graphics, logos, technical illustrations, design, website structure and other content belong to Ingplast or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and save content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, publication, adaptation or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, specifications and images accurate and current. Colours and materials may differ because of displays, lighting, material batches or manufacturer changes.

Website content is informational and does not replace an individual technical assessment, measurement, project documentation or the final specification in a written quotation and contract.

Any displayed price is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on dimensions, systems, glazing, hardware, finishes, transport, installation and project conditions.

We may change ranges, specifications, availability and indicative prices without prior notice.

A request submitted through the website is neither acceptance of an offer nor a binding contract. Only a written Ingplast quotation stating scope, price, validity and other terms is binding.

A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Changes to scope, measurements, quantities, materials or deadlines may require a revised quotation.

We provide the website and its content with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by relying solely on general website information, temporary unavailability or third-party acts.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The website may use or link to third-party services including maps, configurators, live chat and email providers. Their operation and content are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

A link does not mean that we accept responsibility for an external service's availability, security or content.

Personal-data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you submit are accurate, lawfully obtained and do not contain unnecessary third-party data.

Do not send passwords, payment information or other highly sensitive data through ordinary forms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; otherwise, the competent court at Ingplast's registered seat has jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
