We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.

Personal data we collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily and limited technical information needed to operate the website securely and reliably.

  • Identity and contact details, including name, email, telephone number, city and country.

  • Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, access time and security logs where required.

Contact and offer request forms

We process contact-form data to answer your enquiry, provide information and continue business communication. We process offer-request data to review a project, prepare an individual quotation, arrange measurements and communicate about delivery.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or your consent where required.

Necessary cookies and local storage support essential functionality, security and storage of your privacy decision. Optional categories are not activated without prior consent.

You can withdraw or change consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Analytics and future tools

Analytics tools may only be activated after you select the analytics category. If Google Analytics or a similar service is introduced, it will load only after consent and this policy will be updated with provider, purpose and retention details.

Marketing tools such as Meta Pixel are not necessary and will remain blocked until you expressly consent to the marketing category.

Live Chat — Crisp

We use Crisp for live chat. Crisp loads only after consent to functional cookies. When used, chat content, contact details you enter, technical data and session identifiers may be processed.

The purpose is to answer questions and provide support. Crisp may process data as our processor under its privacy terms and applicable safeguards for international transfers.

Email communication — Resend

We use email only for the purpose for which you contacted us, related business communication and compliance with legal obligations.

Retention and security

We retain data for as long as necessary to handle an enquiry, prepare and maintain an offer, perform a contract, resolve claims, and meet accounting or other legal duties. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including access control, restricted permissions and secure transmission. No system is risk-free, but safeguards are reviewed in light of the nature of processing.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by authorised staff and trusted hosting, email, live-chat, IT-support and other service providers needed to operate the website and fulfil your request. We do not sell personal data.

Where a provider processes data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate contractual and other safeguards required by applicable law.
